Job Description:

-        Kronos 7.3 Cloud Solution Expertise. -        Should have done work on at least 2 of the following Kronos modules: o   Scheduling, Forecasting, Budgeting -        Knowledge on Time module is as an added advantage but not prerequisite. -        Functional Analysis -        System(s) Analysis -        Facilitation towards discussions with business team -        Facilitation towards Technical discussions

-         Demonstrate knowledge of the business processes in their area of responsibility, and work with end users to define requirements that will drive efficiencies into the business, taking into account the strategic vision as well as the detailed specifications. -         Act as a liaison between the internal HR EIT team and business partners and IT resources. -         Work to understand business requirements, analyze and create functional/technical documentation, create and execute test scripts, work with users to manage. -         Design and develop Kronos solutions that meet user requirements -         Complete appropriate documentation to support the implementation. -         Has the ability to conceptualize, document, and communicate solutions to meet business objectives. -         Plan, facilitate, and participate in working sessions with cross-functional resources -         Provide accurate estimates of effort and timelines for completion of assigned tasks -         Contribute to and execute initiatives to improve the processes, procedures, and tools utilized by the team -         Reviews deliverables and provides input for other analysts -         Lead cross-functional teams in addressing business or system issues and opportunities
