 Final Job Description

  Role Title  :   Associate Software Engineer   
  Location    :   Any location in India or abroad, based on business requirements   
  Compensation :  INR 3.25 lakhs per annum   
  Qualification & Eligibility Criteria :  Minimum 60% marks (Aggregate) in Grad.  

Roles and Responsibilities-
·        Understanding the clients’ requirements and developing the best products in the given timeline and available resources
·        Responsible for maintaining and improving the existing applications in any given technology and product with the aim of serving the clients better
·        Responsible for software development/testing
·        Adhering to the company’s processes and standards
 
Skills Required-
·        Logical and Analytical thinking
·        Excellent technical skills; in depth knowledge of programming language and object oriented language
·        Good Communications Skills
·        Flexible Approach
·        Readiness to learn and adapt to newer technologies
 
Eligible Streams :- B Tech (CS, IT and Electronics and Communications), MCA
 
Selection Process-
·        Aptitude Test

·        Communication Test

·        Group Discussion and Interviews
