Subject: 12th Convocation - Intimation to the Graduands - reg

Dear Colleagues
As you are aware, the 12th Convocation of our University is scheduled on 15/10/16 and 16/10/16 according to the following:
1. Date: 15/10/2016, Time: 11.00 am, Programmes: Faculty of Engineering and Technology - B. Tech (FT), B. Arch & B. Des and Ph. D ( All Disciplines)
2. Date: 16/10/2016, Time: 11.00 am, Programmes: Faculty of Engineering and Technology - B. Tech (PT), M. Tech  (FT & PT), M. Arch,  Faculty of Science & Humanities - (UG & PG), Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences (UG & PG) and Faculty of Management (UG & PG).
Intimation about the convocation was given to all the eligible graduands through SMS, mail and by hard copy also. If you have contact with any of the passed out students, ask them to register for the convocation in the website. Whether the graduands wants to attend the convocation in person or collect their degrees by post, registration is mandatory. Otherwise, we may not know their current address. If the graduands do not register, we may not be in a position to send their degree by post. If anybody comes to collect their degree certificate after convocation, the search fee will be applicable for them as per the following:
          SEARCH FEE DETAILS:
    a.    Less than 3 Months (from the date of Convocation):  No Fees
    b.    Above 3 months to 1 year:  INR. 1000/-
    c.    Above 1 year to 5 years:  INR. 5000/-
    d.    Above 5 years and up to 10 years:  INR. 10,000/-

Hence, I request all of you to convey the same to all the graduands who have completed their degree/ diploma from November 2015 to September 2016.
