Dear All

  Sub:- B.TECH CSE IV YEAR CSE STUDENTS  - TO PUBLISH A PAPER IN REPUTED CONFERENCE/JOURNAL - Reg.
  Ref:- Mail dated 09-03-16

It was  informed by the HOD/CSE  to inform the students to publish their innovative work/research work/outcome of the project in the Reputed International Conference / Scopus indexed journal.  All B.Tech. Final Year Students are advised to meet their respective guides to prepare the paper and send  to journal/Internal conference. The PROOF OF ACCEPTANCE may be submitted to the Project Coordinator before the University Viva-Voce Examination. 20 Marks will be awarded for paper publication.

Despite many mails have been sent to the students, some of the Internship Students are not responding to their guides. All the  students(including internship students) are requested to give the final review before 23-04-16 and adhere the following schedule.

Important Dates:

Final Project Review    : 18-04-16 to 23-04-16
Last Date for Project Report submission  : 30-04-16
Commencement of Theory Model Examination : 29-04-16
Commencement of University Project Viva-Voce Examination : 06-05-16
