Associate Software Developer, Business Intelligence


Job Responsibilities
* Create and maintain information deliverables.
* Prepare program documentation of product components.
* Establish technical proficiency in design, implementation and unit testing.
* Perform maintenance and enhancement of existing product modules.
* Strive to increase application knowledge.
* Perform on-call support activities.


Job Requirements

Education Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.

Experience Required
None.

Skills and Knowledge Required
* Familiarity with data warehousing concepts.
* Understanding of at least one business intelligence tool.
* Familiarity with SQL.
* Basic technical knowledge in software development methodologies, design and implementation.
* Basic analytical and design skills at single product/single environment level.
* Basic understanding of development process, including specification, documentation and quality assurance.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to learn how business issues may impact overall project plans.
* Basic understanding of java or similar object oriented language a plus but not required.
* Basic familiarity with PCs and various office applications.
