Dear Colleague,
Welcome to the First International Conference on Computational Intelligence and Networks (CINE 2015) (http://www.kiit.ac.in/cine2015).
CINE is intended to be an exciting and engaging meeting venue of scientists, engineers, researchers and practitioners to discuss and exchange results related to the design, implementation, test, analysis and application of communication and control systems. Two areas that the conference focuses on are: Computer and Communication Networks, and Computational Intelligence.

With a history of more than 2000 years, Bhubaneswar is dotted with Jain and Buddhist shrines, caves and numerous Hindu temples so that it is often called the "Temple City of India". The organizers of CINE 2015 are the School of Computer Engineering and the School of Electronics Engineering of KIIT University, Bhubeneswar (www.kiit.ac.in) KIIT University is an outstanding autonomous University that offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Engineering, Bio-technology, Medicine, Management, Law, Computer Application, Rural Management, Fashion, Film Studies, Journalism, and Sculpturing.

Accepted and presented papers will be
included into the Conference Proceedings published in the Proceedings of CINE 2015 by IEEE Computer Society (CPS) and will
be submitted for indexing by IEEE XPlore. Authors of accepted papers,
or at least one of them, must register and present the paper at the conference.----------------------
