The State of Maryland has announced that the Health Insurance Open Enrollment period will be conducted May 25, 2005 through June 15, 2005, for coverage for the plan year July 1, 2005 through June 30, 2006. Detailed information will also be available at the State of Maryland Department of Budget and Management website at: http://www.dbm.maryland.gov. § Open Enrollment for Health Benefits will be held from May 25, 2005 - June 15, 2005.
§ You will be able to call into the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) telephone enrollment system starting at 12:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 25, 24/7, through 11:59 p.m. on June 15, 2005.

§ This Spring 2005 Open Enrollment covers the benefits year of July 1, 2005 - June 30, 2006.
§ Open Enrollment is your one chance to make changes to your benefits for the entire plan year. Open Enrollment is also your one chance to enroll in a Health Care Spending Account and/or a Dependent Care Spending Account for July 1, 2005 - June 30, 2006.
§ An email will be sent when the Open Enrollment Benefits Statement and a new Benefits Booklet for 2005 - 2006 are available . The Open Enrollment Benefits Statement will list your current benefits that will carry over starting July 1, 2005, unless you make a change.
