Please share this information with all your bible study groups, CDA, Knights, lectors, sacristans, service, social, CSA, Girls Gone Mild etc.

 

This is very disturbing as two of us were in the front offices when this occurred; there was no noise or apparent people in the building besides us.  The FOCUS office door was locked, and it is apparent that the person(s) used something like a knife or screwdriver to jimmy the door, but closed it after they were done.

 

Please note that security and safety are of the utmost importance to everyone here.

Ann, please forward to everyone you can think of…Rob and Frank, fyi.

 

At this point, we don’t know for sure if it could be a joke, but all of the FOCUS missionaries are missing their computers.  The police are on their way…

 

As an important reminder for the safety of all of us and our property:

 

-Do not leave offices unlocked when unattended.

 

-If you unlock doors or windows, please relock them.

 

-Do not leave valuables in plain sight or unattended.

 

-Rob, if you could please help me keep the lights over the front and back doors on when it’s dark, especially on days when Paulina doesn’t work, it will better illuminate our cars and the front entrance.  There are many nights when the lights are not on and it’s very dark outside.

 

-If you see people in the midst of the community who clearly don’t belong, random cars in the parking lot, etc., call the police.

 

One of the scariest things about this is it almost seems like someone who knew everyone would be at the Noon Mass and the FOCUS Office, back part of the building, would be unattended.
