Dear All CSCMs & CSCAs,

Greetings from ISCEA Bangladesh!

On behalf of ISCEA Bangladesh, I express my humble gratefulness to all designated Coordinators for respective CSCM batches and special thanks to Tamjid of CSCM 6th batch for their selfless cooperation and bona fide support all the while. 

For easier registration by all CSCMs and CSCAs, I have attached a special pdf copy of 'REGISTRATION FORM',

where you can directly type all necessary information and add scanned signature/e-signature  (except the PP size photograph)- of course with the help of the latest version of ADOVE READER X. Then save all information and then you can easily email as attachment to me and to Tamjid.

For the PP size photograph - please send/email us the scanned copy of your PP size photograph in a separate attachment.

Likewise, please send/email us the scanned copy of your bank deposit form (if any). And send the photocopy of the same by post/by hand to the office of Mind Mapper Ltd, Dhaka.

Please send/email all three attachments ( 1. Registration Form, 2. Scanned copy your PP size Photograph and 3. Scanned copy of bank deposit form ) together in one Email.

Note: If the above stated procedure in case of the Registration Form doesn't work, then simply get the print out of the form, fill in manually, sign and finally scan the filled in/up Registration form  and then email us as attachment along with scanned copy of PP size photograph and bank deposit form.
