HI
This is how I have used final cut pro to make videos out of jpeg
pictures.
Under File, User preferences
General tab
still/Freeze Duration 00:00:00:01
Timeline Options tab
starting Timecode 00:00:00:00
and
click on show audio waveforms
This is only done once
Then I do File import --> folder
to find the folder in which the maya jpeg pictures are.
I highlight all the jpeg files and drag them to the upper right corner
(a colored menu appears and I drop the files on insert) or else
directly on the video channel.
For the sound I import the sound file, and drag it on the viewer
window.
Press i to start and j to finish (or click on the arrows at bottom of
the window)
and then there is a handle on the uper right corner to grab the
section of sound and drag it on a sound channel.
You can put sound on several channels.
then under sequence I do render all
and then export -> quicktime movie -> and then in the setting, I chose
custom, 30 frames per seconds... ...
Let me know if you have trouble with this
