As a side note about other topologies. F10 isn't on our list but I thought it was still pretty interesting. It was also awarded best paper for NSDI '13.

The authors build on the Clos topology that FatTree uses but add the ability to quickly recover from switch failures. The new topology is called an AB-FatTree which changes the topology slightly, adds a new protocol and a failure detector. The presentation in the video is nicely done, it's worth a watch!
