I did some work on it, mostly making it look better and provide an integrated description of the project.  It's something that Nalinda--or any class member--can print and give to someone to show what they did.

One use case that I think is wrong, that I think I fixed, is that the approve ticket case needs to have an outcome that the reviewer does not approve!  Perhaps the way we have built it he simply contacts any other employees and works things out then eventually approves it.  Ideally he could refer it back to them, send an email with a link....perhaps that's for another day.

Here is a Word version that you can change.  Perhaps after tonight we can put in some screen shots.
