Regarding DataModel Changes and Timelines for the following Weeks

Hello Professor,

We have discussed about the DataModel changes to seperate Service and Product Entities. We made few changes to the Data Model and we will present to you in the next class.

Following is the Schedule planned for the upcoming weeks.

4/19/2011

Admin screens corrssponding to all the modules and Dashboard Screens for Worker and Customer will be handled by 3 teams. 

In addition to Admin Screens, Sales team will generate Newsletter. Service Team will generate Email function that can be used by all the teams, they will also work on Worker Management. Finance Team will generate invoice, statements and be able to generate pay of the worker.

 

4/26/2011

Styles should be added to flex pages by all the teams.

Sales Team should be able to Send Newsletter to targeted customers and be able to manage Account Person and Account Location Information, be able to generate an order.

Service Team  - Able to send Email to Customer about the Actions triggered for a Ticket.

Finance Team will be able to integrate with Quickbooks.

 

5/3/2011

All the Reports to be generated are handled by all teams.

 

5/10/2011

Testing  each and every functionality thoroughly.
