Why do we have a pay rate table?  All that we pass to Quickbooks is the number of hours and the type of hours and Quickbooks pays.

Initially it was to calculate the pay of a technician and then export  those data to the file that will be passed to quickbooks. Should it be limited to the number of hours only?
