Hello Professor,

As of now, an agent and other roles can create customer, contact, contract and manage them.

Contact can create a ticket and manage his profile. 

As an admin, few admin screens are working under admin tab.

Will keep you updated when we add few more working screens to the application after correcting few details and adding basic validation to them.
