Hello Professor,

In our datamodel, Customer resembles a company with which are establishing the business.  Contact is the employee of that company.  So a Contact is an actor but not Customer.

Gotcha, Customer is really an abstract concept.  Contact acts on behalf of Customer.

I'm slow but do get it eventually.
