SIZE OF DIR-12

Dear Friends

I am trying to upload a DIR-12 for incorporation of a company. The size of the file is 2.2 MB. When it is signed by the director the size increases by 0.5 MB and when it is signed by the professional, the size again increases by 0.5 MB making the total size of the file at 3.2 MB. I am unable to upload the file. I tried using different permutations and combinations of adobe 8, adobe 9, x and XI including adobe pro. There is no other way. When I contacted the help desk, they told me that you have to use adobe professional 7 to resolve this issue. I am told by the site that the maximum size of the file is 2.6 MB and on contacting the help desk they informed me that the size should be 2.5 MB

Has anybody experienced such a problems? Is there any solution. Please help

Dear Sureshan,

Please reduce the size of the attachments in Microsoft Picture Manager by compressing the scanned jpg document size. Then convert to pdf and attach to Form DIR 12. The form size will reduce.

There is one site named small pdf which compress the size. So better attachments can be compressed and again attached. Hope it is working out.

Actually I could upload DIR-12 with 3.5 MB size today evening.

I dont' know what is happening in mca
