ADT 3 after 30 days of resignation

Dear Members, 

Has anyone filed ADT 3 after 30 days from the date of resignation of Auditors. Section 141 says that the resignation of the Statutory Auditors has to be filed with ROC within 30 days from the date of event. 

The statutory Auditor of a private company wishes to file the resignation w.e.f 30th September, 2015. We are already on 31st October, 2015. What is the solution for the same.

Thank you for the quick response. My worry is that, since section 141 is specific that the resignation has to be filed within 30 days only, will ROC ask the Auditors to go for compounding?

In our case it is filed with 4 month delay but form approved by roc. Only after 300 days they might ask for compounding.
