Dear Sir,

Companies (Amendment) Ordinance 2018 is repealed on 12th January 2019 through Companies (Amendment) Ordinance, 2019, dated 12.01.2019.

Under the new provisions, the time limit for registration/modification/satisfaction of charge has been changed.
