Registration/Re-Registration on the Registration Portal, http://register.csc.gov.in/
, is mandatory to enable us to successfully create your Digital Seva account and further give you access to the Digital Seva portal.
You are requested to check your Aadhaar linked email address that was provided by you during Registration/Re-Registration for the DigiMail credentials. The login details for the new portal is being shared to your DigiMail id. Please check your DigiMail id for all the updates.
You are requested to be patient. All your account requests will be completed, if you comply with the necessary requirements for account activation (i.e. – Valid E-KYC with email and mobile, PAN card and bank account number). DigiMail ID and New CSC account will be provided to all the users who have completed their registration successfully with valid information.
For any kind of service requests, whether new integration or migration from the old portal, please be patient. We are in the process of migrating all the services on the new portal, as a result, you might feel intermittent disruption in the service. All the services would be migrated to the new portal shortly.
Note: Currently the password reset option/forgot password option is not there on DigiMail, we would update you when this feature is enabled.
Old portal transactions can be checked from mis.csc.gov.in
, user name is old OMT ID and password is your old wallet password, select option RMU.
Regarding old refund related issue, please wait, amount will be transferred in your wallet in next couple of days.
Please note old portal is closed, you are requested to use new portal i.e. digitalseva.csc.gov.in
with 12 digit ID.
