hw3 + project

Hi All,

HW3 is posted online. Due date is december 9th, as for undergrads I am
not allowed to have it due any later; however I will be very willing
to give extentions if you ask for them.

Similarly it seems we are out of space in terms of scheduling our
project presentations. I considered having them on the morning of the
25th, sort of as a christmas gift, but then thought better and decided
it will be even better gift if we don't have them at all. So no
project presentations. Your final writeup will be due Dec 23rd, so you
can enjoy your winter break.
