Subject: Leadership Training Opportunity for High School Students

Dear All,

Attached please find the flyer for the upcoming APA Youth Leadership Program hosted by OCA-NJ Jr. Board and presented by OCA National. This is an excellent opportunity for high school students to demonstrate tangible leadership training  development, which we all know is a desirable attribute on college applications. It is never too early for students to begin building their "resumes" for college, and it's not too late for current applicants to add this to their resume.

This program is free and open to all APA High School students. The deadline is fast approaching, October 21. The program is on October 31 from 9-2 and breakfast and lunch is provided. Since it's Halloween, there will be plenty of treats, too.

All registered participants will receive one raffle ticket for prizes including $25 Visa gift cards. They will receive 1 additional raffle ticket for each can of food they bring with them to the program for the East Orange food pantry.  Food supplies are extremely low. If they bring 5 cans of food, they receive 5 additional raffle tickets to increase their chances for winning.

Please share this information with all eligible participants.
