Dear Friends,
I just found out that there is a Free two-day event in Flushing Meadows Corona Park, Queens NY for the 25th anniversary Hong Kong Dragon Boat Festival celebration - it will be fun for the entire family!

Please check the above link for the festival program and directions to get there. Saturday 10:30-11:30am has Chinese Music Ensemble of NY. Opening ceremony starts from 11:30am with Lion/Dragon dance teams.
Our Bergen Chinese School alumnus Jack Hsu's band Hsu-Nami will be performing Er-Hu at 1pm. Shaolin masters at 3:30pm.
Championship boat competition is on Sunday and many more programs.
