There is a maximum of 15 students. Slots will be allocated in signup order. If more students sign up than can be accommodated, all on the waitlist will be notified by email of any cancellation, and the first to respond will get the slot. You can check your signup status on the website.]

This is a land clinic for Novice- and Junior-rated windsurfers! This class is appropriate any time after earning the Novice rating.

You must register for this class. From the calendar view, click here to register (you must be logged in).

This clinic will teach you:

• About board and sail construction
• How to identify problems with the boom, universal, sail, and board
• How to report damage
• How to put a boom on a sail

This course fulfills the Junior rating Equipment Inspection requirement and allows students to get signed off on the Junior rigging requirement. This class is now also a prerequisite to the Board Repair Tutorial.

Heads up to all Novices working toward Junior ratings—this class is required for your ratings progress, as we want you to be able to put a boom on a sail as well as notice when equipment is damaged and not appropriate for use.

There is space in this class if you're trying to snag your Junior rating before the end of the season!
