Dear CSCrs,

Hi everyone! We just ordered a new shipment of PFDs, foulies, and wetsuits, and need help labeling them. Is anyone available tomorrow (Saturday) around 12pm to help with this? Please contact me and Peter (cc'd) if you're able to help. It's a bit last-minute, but if you're coming for lessons and want some extra volunteer hours, let us know.

Thanks to everyone who filled out the size survey and to the volunteers who helped inventory our existing gear! I did some analysis and found that we had a disproportionate amount of L and XL sized gear and not enough sizes for smaller folks, so this order should help balance that out.

I'm also happy to report that our new wetsuits are made with Ocena, a neoprene-free foam made from FSC-certified natural rubber, oyster shell powder, and plant-based oils. Given the environmental impact of neoprene and the number of wetsuits we go through each year, this will significantly lighten our environmental footprint as a club.

You can help lengthen the life of our wetsuits by putting them on the red/yellow slopey hangers and zipping them up (this prevents tears) after use. Thank you for your help! 🙏

Warmly,
AnnaLise

Hi all! Thanks to everyone who helped label great last weekend! 🙏🙌 It looks like we will need a few volunteers to help hang everything, so we will have another volunteer day tomorrow. Let us know if you would like to help out tomorrow afternoon and get some hours!

Warmly,
AnnaLise
