Dinghy Sailors: Hoist broken and open hours adjustment

Dinghy Sailors,

The hoist we usually use is broken. We'll be dropping and lifting boats from the second dock hoist until it's repaired. Since we'll have just the one hoist between us and Cal Adventures, we are anticipating some congestion at the end of the day. As such, we are also adjusting open hours to end one hour earlier than posted.

Open hours for windsurfing is not affected. 

There's currently no ETA on when the hoist will be fixed - city (who own and maintain it) is aware and we're working on it with them.

More to come on how Saturday morning dinghy lessons will adjust to accommodate the morning congestion.
