New Club Tides & Hours on Status page

Dear clubmates,

Just in case you haven't noticed, or heard via Slack (or elsewhere), there was an update to the Club Status page. The area showing the Club Hours, and Tides in the South Sailing Basin have been redesigned so the information is easier to use and understand. 

Here is a list of features:

- Tide for the day, showing in red whenever the tide goes below 1.5 feet

- Open Time, Dock Time

- Tide at the current time and if it's rising or dropping, with the next tide event.

- Any restriction (Late Open, Early Close, Mid-Day Closure, Club Closed)

- You can switch between days or use a calendar to look up the information far in the future

- You can hover over or use your finger to see the exact tide at a particular time (useful to know when you can sail with a particular keel, foil, etc)

- It supports dark mode.

- The source of the data is NOAA and the club hours from cal-sailing.org.
