Happy Easter everyone!  As we enter the final stretch of the semester, join us for opportunities to recharge, refresh, and power your way through finals! This update includes:

Interested in Serving as a Student Leader @ the CSC??

Join us Mon, May 2nd @ 8 PM for our Town Hall Meeting

 

All interested students are welcome to join us as we plan for the Summer and Fall 2011 activities.  We’ll be meeting in the CSC conference room starting at 8 PM on Monday May 2nd to discuss upcoming plans, nominate leaders for the CSA committees, and learn about ways to get involved.  All who are interested in contributing and sharing their gifts with the CSC community during the upcoming year are welcome.   For more info please e-mail Joseph at j...@catholicterps.org.        

 

Spring Fling It!

Join us this Friday for our annual Spring semi-formal.  We’ll be meeting in the Barney Great Room for dancing, music, laughter, and fun!!  Celebrate Spring with us and dance the night away!

 

“Celebrating Faith in College Park Concert”

 Volunteers are needed for the Maryland Interfaith Concert

 

Cheer on our CSC choir and volunteer at this year’s Maryland Day Interfaith Concert at Memorial Chapel on April 30th.  The concert starts at 2:15 PM and volunteers will be needed from 1:30-4 PM.  To help out please e-mail Emily Apatov at emily....@gmail.com.  All volunteers will receive a free Maryland Day t-shirt.

 

CDA and Knights Pig Roast  

Sat, April 30th after the 5 PM Mass

 

All are welcome to join us for the Knights and CDA annual Maryland Day Pig Roast at the CSC after the 5 PM Mass this Saturday. A free will offering will be taken for all who wish to attend - there will be plenty of food, games, and fun. Invite your families, too!

 

Baccalaureate Mass  

Wed, May 18th @ 5:30 PM

 

This year’s Baccalaureate Mass will take place on Wednesday May 18th.  Afterwards there will be a reception for all graduating students and their family.  Please rsvp to Ann at a...@catholicterps.org.

Wednesday Night Student Mass and Dinner – Join us for our weekly student mass starting at 5:30 PM on Wednesdays, followed by our student dinner at 6 PM.

Divine Mercy Sunday and Picnic– Sun, May 1stJoin us after the noon mass this Sunday for a Eucharistic procession from Memorial Chapel to the Catholic Student Center. Afterwards CDA will be hosting a picnic and devotional prayer.  Anyone interested should bring their own lunch. 


Tickets Fore Charity -- The Knights of Columbus are selling tickets to the Nationwide PGA Golf Tour when it comes to the University of Maryland Golf Course on June 2nd-5th, 2011. Tickets are $10 for a day pass and $25 for a week pass. Senior Send Off – May 10th from 6-7 PM -- All Seniors are invited to attend a social/get-together at the CSC on Tuesday May 10th at 6:00. Come enjoy food and drinks on behalf of Fr. Rob and Ann. Fr. Rob is also planning to invite a representative from the the Archdiocese of Washington Young Adult ministry to discuss programs and events aimed at college grads.
