What are the types of aids allowed for exam?
Is it just the lecture notes?

http://www.apsc.utoronto.ca/timetable/Final_Exam_Schedule.htm

According to this, the exam is a Type D exam.

"Candidates may bring to the examination and use such aids (in the form of printed or written material) as the examiner may specify. The nature of the permitted aids must be clearly specified at the top of the examination paper, and must be announced to the class by the examiner in advance of the examination."

However, I don't know what's been announced.

ONLY lecture notes will be allowed during the 2 hour exam period. Good luck.

Is it okay to have extra labels and descriptions written on the lecture notes?
Or do they have to be clean ones?

Does that include notes we took in lecture, or only the lecture notes posted on the course website?

Did anyone get an answer on this?

Both the one took in lecture and printed from course website are fine.
