Уважаемые
студенты!
Информируем вас о проведении 17.-18. 06.2021 бесплатной вакцинации от COVID-19 на территории университета по адресу: Москва, ул. Покровский бульвар, д. 11 (кабинеты медпункта №№ 107 и 109), с 10:30 до 18:00 (перерыв на обед 13:00 - 13:30).
Вакцинация будет проводиться отечественными вакцинами «Спутник V» и «ЭпиВакКорона» на выбор.
Если вы приняли решение вакцинироваться, то необходимо заполнить форму онлайн, пройдя по ссылке: https://bpm.hse.ru/Runtime/Runtime/Form/COVIDVAC__f__Request/
Срок заполнения формы: 09.06.2021-11.06.2021
Привиться могут сотрудники и студенты НИУ ВШЭ:
- лица старше 18 лет;
- все граждане РФ (Москва, Московская область, другой регион);
- иностранные граждане.
Противопоказания к вакцинации:
- участники клинического исследования;
- возраст менее 18 лет;
- ОРВИ в момент вакцинации или в течение последних 2-х недель;
- обострение хронического заболевания;
- любая прививка в течение последних 30 дней;
- беременность или кормление грудью (для женщин);
- проведение первого этапа вакцинации на территории другого медучреждения.

We are pleased to inform you that you can receive free COVID-19 vaccination 17-18.06.2021 at the HSE University complex at: 11, Pokrovsky Bulvar, Moscow (Medical Offices No. 107 and 109), from 10:30am to 06:00pm (break 13:00 - 13:30).
The Russian-produced «Sputnik V» and «EpiVacKorona» vaccines can be chosen according to your preferences.
If you wish to be vaccinated, please fill in the online form at the following link: https://bpm.hse.ru/Runtime/Runtime/Form/COVIDVAC__f__Request/
The timeframe for filling in the form is from 09.06.2021-11.06.2021.
Russian citizens and foreign persons can be inoculated, including:
- HSE staff and students;
- persons over the age of 18;
- Russian citizens (Moscow, Moscow Region, and other regions);
- foreign citizens.
The following persons are advised against receiving the vaccination:
- participants in clinical trials;
- youth under the age of 18;
- persons who experience acute respiratory viral infection at the time of the vaccination or during the previous 2 weeks;
- patients experiencing a flare-up of chronic condition;
- persons who have received another vaccine or shot over the last 30 days;
- pregnant or breast-feeding women;
- persons who’ve taken part in the first stage of the vaccination programme at another medical institution.
