There are no refunds or exchanges. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours. Any refused shipments sent back to bellakotak.com do not constitute the right to a refund or credit. Pls dont suggest workaround and other simple soluyions.....you need to check with kotak if they are open to quickbooks and confirm to us....we got quuckbooks primarily for this feature and if this does nor work, there is no more value for customers to continue
