Greetings everyone!

The group returned from Burning Man earlier this week and unloaded our 15' box truck full of gear at the Berkeley CSO late Monday evening.  Our next step is to sort, clean, organize and store everything in the basement which the CSO generously provides space for the group to use.

This is an invitation to join our group between 10am and 4pm this Saturday, 9/6 at the Berkeley CSO (2601 Durant Avenue, Berkeley CA 94704) and help us "leave no trace" at the CSO by putting everything where it needs to be.  We'll be sharing stories from our trip this year and are most appreciative of any time you'd be willing and able to share in helping us get things put away until next year.

If you've been thinking about possibly joining us at Burning Man in the future, this would be a great chance to meet some of the team members who helped organize and participate in this year's project.  You'll hear about foot washing, prayerful treatments, our lecturer's 3 talks and more.

Please bring clothes you do not mind getting dusty, sturdy shoes and gloves and if you'd like a snack or two to share.

For everyone who camped with us this year and who is local / available, please make sure you come and help with the putting away project since there are almost certainly some of your things that you'll want to claim, plus it will help move things along much quicker if everyone participates.
