Urgent : Regarding atttested copy.

Hello sir,
            I am samej from Pune .I am in big trouble.I lost the hard copy of attested letter .
But I have soft copy of it ,that i had sent to you.
             Is it okay , if I brought the xerox copy of attested letter ,along with my grade sheet?
If you want to investigate my information ,you can directly contact  to my department.
            Please tell me ,what I should do now or what is alternative to it?
Please inform me as soon as possible.

Though we need everyone to bring the hard copy, we can consider exceptions on a case by case basis. You can bring the xerox copy of the attested letter. We will contact your department directly in case we need to verify the details.
