Feedback from CSA Global on Bylaws, etc.

Happy New Year! The verbiage below is from Jim Reavis with CSA
Global:

"Attached are the CSA bylaws. As you are not a legal entity at this
point, I think most of this is not applicable, and I think you can be
relatively lightweight at this point. We are in the process of
creating template bylaws for chapters that codify the chapter
subordination to CSA global and our goal is that chapters will
transition to being a legal entity on their first anniversary.

We are fairly agnostic on communication platforms, but we will start
having chapter leadership calls so you can talk to each other about
these issues and if there is a role for CSA global to play here we
will."

ARTICLE VI Amendments to these Bylaws

Before we start to "flush" out the details here, does anyone have any
feedback regarding the outline above? Also, I understand that CSA
Global is coming out with a template as mentioned above, so does
anyone feel that we should just wait for that to come about?
