Regarding DNS

Eprints installation needs DNS alias that points to the red hat server
that I have purchased Amazon server.
Is there anyway I can get the free DNS alias?

I know dyndns claims to offer this service, but I've never used them directly:

I think dtdns does it for free, but I have an account with them so I can't say whether or not it's free:
