About bad weather and exam

Dear dr.emdad
  
We discussed delaying the midterm exam to be after the vacation
 Because of bad weather and some students have an asthma
 They couldn't study well from yesterday , and cannot make the exam today
 Even if the storm stop , the dust will be there
 What do you think ?
