WHERE THERE IS NO PRINCIPAL TO REVIEW AND APPROVE PROJECT

Someone like me, is the type that is a home school teacher. i am currently learning lego. since there is a need for me to submit letter to a principal, i do not know how to handle that hence i am self employed and have been teaching based at homes for many years but not using Lego nxt. though i have colleagues, one of a B.Sc in Computer Science and another a Ph.D in guardian and counselling who can act as the supervisor of the project. can i get advise on this?
