Thanks so much for this course, I am new at lego robotics and quite excited to get started. Can't wait for the next lesson.

I love your blog Sean. Great stuff! I have had access to NXT for a few years now but haven't used them at all. That is changing from this week.

Great blog post! I am thrilled too. I was wanting to do something like this with my students but didn't know how to start. I got an email out of the blue about this course, maybe because I did a similar online course last summer on Scratch. I teach information technology and integrate technology at a school for special needs kids. Hands on activities are the best thing for them. Thanks Rowan for doing this!

I'm pumped for this course. My school already has a FLL group going, but I'm into this because of a HyperStream scale up grant. So, my little tech club will be in a multimedia track but later on will also work with the Lego robotics (so that we don't conflict with or duplicate what FLL is doing in our school).
Thanks for this course!

I took an engineering workshop at Drexel that had a Lego robotics mini lab that I wanted to incorporate into my physics classes. I can't wait to learn how to do this.

There is something about Lego which fascinates us all. I think it calls to some shared primeval tinkering instinct. Leave a pile of Lego near any group of people, and within the hour, someone would have started squeezing them together. Leave loose Lego in any suitably sized container, give it a shake or two, and it almost begins to build itself.
