I'm in the process of installing it on my Mac under Mountain Lion. I'm currently trying to work with CITES because activation is not working. Even on the VPN, the Mac/Linux version is unable to communicate to the University's key server.
Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

The linux version is working fine for me via VPN, via IllinoisNet, and locally on the university network.
