Is it just me, or are about half of these pages blank? Am I missing

If you read the paragraph immediately before the first blank page, you'll see that the blank pages are "test" pages, intended to give those reading the book in PDF or hardcopy the option of not seeing the answer to a problem immediately- thus, you have a chance to work it on your own.
