Hi everybody,

It's time to plan the Second Biannual Conference on Computational
Intelligence in Game Design! (also known as our end-of-semester
Project presentations) All projects have made a whole lot of
progress, so this should be really interesting. To make this go
smoothly, I need you to do 3 things:

1. Go to http://www.doodle.com/yzn5n8k6w98xckx5 as soon as possible,
and choose the times at which you're available during the last week of
class. This is urgent because I'd really like Risto to come by, and
his schedule is filling up fast. So please do this now!

2. Next week, please send me a title for your talk. If you and your
teammate want to present separately (if your project turned into two
projects), just send me separate emails/titles.

3. Plan your talk and make slides. It looks like we'll have roughly 5
minutes per talk, plus a few minutes for questions; plan accordingly.
Send me your slides (pdf or excel) the night before.

I hope everybody is having fun wrapping up their projects! If we're
not meeting today, I'd like to meet with every team one final time
next week (unless we're meeting today). I'll post some times on the
wiki. In the meantime, email me if you have any questions. Thanks!

Uli

Hi Uli,

Sorry for the late response. We'd like to call our presentation "My Little Pony: Friendship is NEAT". Have the presentation date and times been decided?

Thank you,
David Finol and Nelson Cheng
