Here is the chart of items we lost points for in report one and two.  Please put your name next to any you will take responsibility for.  I have also included the current copy of report 3.  Any additions you make, please highlight in some color and I will add them to the master copy at the end.

I put in a little blurb about the UI in the document.  I'm sorry I didn't take more of the categories, I have been in the worst pain of my life today, had to go to the doctors, and found out I have/had a kidney stone.  I'm beat, and I'm gonna go to bed.
