Hey guys, I'm more than likely not going to be at class tonight.  My wife isn't feeling well, my daughter has the stomach flu, and my son may have RSV.  So I will be home trying to help the sick ones.  If you need anything, let me know, I will be available on my cell phone.  801-349-8659

Have a good night,

Tyler

Spencer, will add something to your todo list?

Change "visibility" in the database to be the same design as priority etc. I think we missed it the other night.

Is this just a reminder for Spencer or something?

Yeah,

We switched priority to be a 1 -5 enum, but we didn’t change visibility as well.

FYI all.

I changed the “name” column in the Bugs database to “summary”.

The bug object had been created using summary not name so this change made sense.  We have also have built some pages around summary instead of name so this will be consistency.

If you get weird errors regarding this change, that is why.  I think the effect should be minimal.

Also,

I changed visibility to a 1 -5 enum as per my previous request to Spencer.  Be aware of this change if you have any errors, etc.

Does anyone know whether or not we are holding class, or if anyone will be there tonight?  Just curious cause of the "holiday."

My wife is ill so there is a chance that I will not be there. However, if everyone wants to take tonight off I am totaly okay with that. I can always get on later tonight and tomorrow and crank some stuff out. I will for sure be working tomorrow night and wed..

I plan on being there; late as usual to avoid any lectures.  I have no problem with anyone missing it assuming they know what they need to be working on and have the knowledge to complete that work.

I may still be there, but then again I may not. I do have a class before that but it is kind of a joke. Spencer, are you planning on going tonight?

I'm going.  I am going to work on our test document.  sort of haven't started yet and it's due wednesday so I'm sure i could use the time.   I don't know what we're doing in the first class though.

The first class needs some serious help. I am tempted to tell Ted about it but that would just make things worse.

Advice given to me by the Dean of Computer Science regarding a completely different issue, but I think applies here:

Mike, get your credits and graduate.  College will just be an afterthought from then on.
