Attached are both the .mpp and.pdf versions of the updated project plan for this semester. It deviates somewhat to flow better. There is a 100 percent change that I didn’t put some things in the right order and that there are dependency problems here and there. That said, take a look at the files and make any adjustments you feel are necessary. Bare in mind that we can edit the project as the semester goes so it doesn’t have to be perfect.
Later tonight, once any changes are in, I will add “Milestones” and all that jazz and turn it in.
Ted has been nice enough to finally put up an assignment so I will be going through that as well. I imagine it will include some changes I’ll need to make to the underlying SRSS document and will let you know if I need any assistance in that regard.
Its fine. I can easily copy/paste. Interestingly enough, I had it that way first, then switched it. I’ll switch it back.
No. Once I have a established project, I’ll put the markers stuff in.

Nor do I have access to Project here at work..Did we establish a baseline of what we each need to have done by Monday?
I think the next big focus will be everybody starting coding. We need to make sure everyone gets it and knows what to do. We will discuss that. I am going to make a chart that will show in clear terms who need to have what finished by what exact date. I know project does this, but I think a simple spreadsheet will be easier to manage.
That is what I bring to tonight’s meeting.
FYI.
I may be slightly late tonight. There will be lectures tonight so I will be there before lectures are over and we discuss any group issues.
