Fix to pa2setup files

Thanks to John Liang for reporting that the supplied HashMap0.java
was printing out debug messages unnecessarily. I've deleted them
and re-zipped the supplied pa2setup distribution. If you've
downloaded this already, just remove the two System.out.println's
from HashMap0.java.--Betty O.
