hw3 pseudocode and PA2 typo

Thanks for the typo report. I'll fix it asap.

An example of pseudocode in the book is on pg. 444 (390). You can
use names in pseudocode like Make an empty Stack S... so you can
refer to different instances, or numbers, etc.
