logistics about final report and poster session

Hi, all,
About poster session:
We will (tentatively) be having the poster session Friday, 4/29,
4pm-6pm.
Please bring your printed posters. The location of the poster session
will be notified once we book a room.
About final report:
The final report will be due by midnight on May 13th. The report
should be at most 10 pages, single column, 10pt font. The style should
be similar to a conference paper.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
