Hey everyone,
Sorry to be a pain, but I was wondering if anyone grabbed a picture or could easily scan the notes from the day Spike went over how to take the minimization equation (for curve deformation [Eqn. (1)]). I looked over my notes but can only find the notes from surface deformation and I feel like I may have missed that day. Anyway, thanks in advance. Happy coding.

The surface deformation equations and the curve deformation equations are very similar. If you cut out part of the surface deformation equation, you end up with the equation you need for curve deformation.
