internet on cs50 appliance

For some strange reason, I am unable to access the internet from the appliance (I saw that it worked for David in lectures).
I can however, connect to the appliance from my local machine.
Does anybody know why this might be the case.

I tried this it's showing the IP address and everything but in google chrome it's not connecting. Please help
