Pre Requisite for Computer Science 164 (Software Engineering - spring 2014 - focusing on web apps) ??

Hi! I wanted to know if one has mastered the material and completed all the projects of CS75 - Building Dynamic Websites, can he undertake CS164 with ease? Or will it be difficult or too advanced for him? Here in Pakistan, the prerequisite for Software Engineering in some universities is Object Oriented Programming and in some there's no prerequisite. And OMG I love djm, the best instructor on the planet :) Thanks
